Enjoy an amazing meal prepared by our Corporate Chef Chris Cooper. This is a classroom-style seafood education and cooking class where Chris will take you through every step of how he prepares Peruvian Ceviche with Corvina, and explains the ingredients he chose for this dish and why.
Cooking classes are only for those 16 years of age and up.
In person participants:
Each person that attends a in-person cooking class will receive a meal of whatever dish was prepared at the end of the class for you to try yourself. We will also give every participant a coupon to use in the retail stores! Keep an eye out for future classes!
Each Virtual attendee will be attending via zoom. You can ask questions in the Q&A or send in a chat message that are monitored during the entire class and we will make sure your questions get answered! We will send you the ingredients ahead of time upon request if you wish to make the dish along with Chef Chris at home! A link will be sent to you via zoom to watch the class or you can come back to this page 15 minutes before the start of the class and the “Watch Virtually Live Now” button will appear to join right from this page!

If we run out of seats for the In-Person Class please submit your name, phone number and email under the waitlist tab to be added to a waitlist. In the case of last-minute cancelations, we will contact you.
If we do not have enough seats reserved for the class we will have to cancel it. We are reserving seats until 12:00 Thursday the day of the class. If we have to cancel the class due to lack of participation we will give you a call by 1:00 PM the same day. Please let us know if you need to cancel an in person RSVP so we can add someone from the waiting list.
