Learn to Cook Wild Alaskan Salmon with a roasted tomato and olive ragout with our in-house chef Chris Cooper.

Salmon, both wild and farm-raised in the ocean are both excellent choices for this dish. We will be going with a Wild-caught Alaskan salmon for this dish this time.

For the in-person class participants:
You will receive an in-person experience watching Chris our in-house chef cook this dish and be able to ask questions directly. There will be a coupon given to each participant at the beginning of each class to purchase Wild Caught Salmon from our retail stores, or if you let us know at the beginning of the class we can have it ready to take home with you as you leave!  Plus in-person class tickets will receive the dish prepared by Chef Cooper during the class. Must purchase tickets in advance!

For Virtual class participants:
You will receive an email with a password and link to go to our zoom meeting for the class! There will also be a coupon for you in this email to take to our store and buy the product yourself! Buy the product beforehand and cook along with us during the class! We do ask that you join our class without video and with your mic muted on zoom!
